The Odinzov reconnaissance team, composed of Ivan Rodin, is delving deep into the rear to carry out a special mission - to bring a young man named Savichev to the front line. Who he is, where he comes from, and how he contacts Odinzov's guerrilla forces are unknown. When the Germans were searching for them, they had to take another path. The next morning, while the others were sleeping, he caught the thief. Gypsy Mark said he fled the hospital where he and other children were drawn blood. The scouts are rescuing the children, but they are unable to rush to the front line with them. He met a teacher in a village and said he could wait for our arrival at school. It was revealed that in the basement of this school, the principal had hidden several gypsy families since the beginning of the war: he pretended to be a supporter of Germany to prevent them from sticking their noses into his school. Odinzov allowed radio operators to contact, report the rescued children, and provide their coordinates. The Germans searched the yard, cowshed, and warehouse before leaving.
